Beautiful Quran Recitation Abdulaziz Al-zahrani surat al-noor Transliteration & Translation

This is a recitation from surat al-noor, from ayas 35-38. القراءة برواية الكسائي It's a qiraa2ah narrated by al-kisaa2i. There are minor differences from the narration of 7af9, which is the most common way the Quran is read today. Later, I added transliteration and translation to the video. The translation is a mixture between Pickthals and Yusuf Ali's works. PS It's better to watch the vid in fullscreen, you can also watch it in 720p res. The final letters between parenthesis are how the words would be vocalized in mid-speech (sandhi), while in pausa they're not vocalized. |

As Salaamu Alaikum, Ayah 70 is beautiful (so are all the others) but that is my fav alhumdulilah 25:63 And the servants of (Allah) Most Gracious are those who walk on the earth in humility, and when the ignorant address them, they say, "Peace!"; WaAAibadu alrrahmaniallatheena yamshoona AAala al-ardi hawnanwa-itha khatabahumu aljahiloona qaloosalaman 25:64 Those who spend the night in adoration of their Lord prostrate and standing; Waallatheena yabeetoonalirabbihim sujjadan waqiyaman 25:65 Those who say, "Our Lord! avert from us the Wrath of Hell, for its Wrath is indeed an affliction grievous,- Waallatheena yaqooloona rabbanaisrif AAanna AAathaba jahannama inna AAathabahakana gharaman 25:66 "Evil indeed is it as an abode, and as a place to rest in"; Innaha saat mustaqarran wamuqaman 25:67 Those who, when they spend, are not extravagant and not niggardly, but hold a just (balance) between those (extremes); Waallatheena ithaanfaqoo lam yusrifoo walam yaqturoo wakana bayna thalikaqawaman 25:68 Those who invoke not, with Allah, any other god, nor slay such life as Allah has made sacred except for just cause, nor commit fornication; - and any that does this (not only) meets punishment. Waallatheena layadAAoona maAAa Allahi ilahan akharawala yaqtuloona alnnafsa allatee harrama Allahuilla bialhaqqi wala yaznoona wamanyafAAal thalika yalqa athaman 25:69 (But) the Penalty on the Day of Judgment will be doubled to him, and he will dwell therein in ignominy,- YudaAAaf lahu <b>...</b> |
